1. The service

Pandachan provides personal wellbeing tools after a breakup: a no-contact counter, journal, unsent letters, breathing activities, guided content and AI conversation. Available features depend on your version, device and subscription. No particular emotional result or recovery time is guaranteed.

Respect the applicable age requirements and obtain a parent or guardian's permission where required by law. You must have the legal capacity or authorization needed to purchase a subscription.

2. Wellbeing support and AI limits

Pandachan is not a medical service, psychotherapy or an emergency service. Its AI can be wrong or inappropriate and does not know what another person thinks. The onboarding indicator is illustrative, not a psychological measurement. Do not rely on the app for diagnosis, treatment or an urgent safety decision.

If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional. The chat is not monitored as an emergency channel. No tool requires you to break a legal obligation or avoid necessary, safe practical communication.

3. Access and your writing

AI replies and purchase verification need an internet connection. The version described here does not require a Pandachan account. Keep your device and exported files secure. Local information may be lost when the app is removed or its data is deleted.

Your writing remains yours. Sending a message allows its processing to provide the reply, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload unlawful content or information you have no right to share. Do not misuse the service, attack its infrastructure or bypass payment and access controls.

4. Subscriptions

Available offers may include weekly, quarterly (three-month) and annual subscriptions, with the same Premium features. The offers actually available and their prices are shown before purchase. There is no free trial or introductory offer. The price, currency, billing period and terms shown by Apple before confirmation apply to the purchase; availability may vary.

Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal deadline shown by Apple. Manage or cancel through your Apple account's Subscriptions settings. Deleting Pandachan does not cancel a subscription.

After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the paid period, subject to Apple's handling and applicable law. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple account used to buy the subscription. Price changes and any required confirmation follow Apple's rules and your statutory rights.

5. Refunds and consumer rights

For a purchase billed by Apple, request a refund through Apple's purchase-support process. Eligibility depends on the purchase, your country and applicable law. Cancelling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions.

These terms do not remove any mandatory withdrawal, refund, conformity, warranty or other consumer rights available under applicable law.

6. App licence

The app, its brand, illustrations and supplied content are protected by intellectual-property rights. You may use them for the intended personal use of the service, subject to applicable law. You keep the rights to your own content.

Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app distributed through the App Store. These terms describe the Pandachan service and do not replace mandatory Apple store conditions.

7. Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care in providing the service, but maintenance, network problems and provider outages can interrupt it. AI outputs require your judgment. Nothing here excludes responsibility where it cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer protections.

Access may be restricted where necessary to address unlawful use, a security threat or a serious breach of these terms. Any action must remain proportionate and respect applicable notice, refund and consumer rights.

8. Changes and ending use

You can stop using the app at any time; separately cancel any subscription through Apple. If the service or these terms materially change, we will provide notice where required before the change applies. Updated terms do not retroactively remove your mandatory rights.
